We have two Customer Service vacancies within our admin and marketing team. The roles can be a combination of the roles below or just one of them and can also be a job share. As Marketing Coordinator - To promote the club throughout the year to increase membership and retain current members. To actively research innovative methods to promote the club in the local community. To provide all internal and especially external marketing.
As Events Coordinator – To promote the use of the club for sporting and social events, planning, organising and delivering successful events throughout the year in conjunction with the Operations Manager. Such as use of the Corporate Training Room, Teambuilding days, Squash and Tennis events. Social events, market, sell and host at the event.
As Reception Supervisor - To develop and manage a small team of reception staff to deliver excellent customer service, increase memberships and improve events bookings. To manage the shop area including sales of confectionary, sports accessories and oversee our online shop.
