As one of few centenary clubs in the area we were invited to the 50th Anniversary of the Wolverhampton Sports Advisory Council last week. It reminded me how many people, coaches, staff and volunteers are striving to inspire the next generation to be more active.
Squash & Racketball

The team are reporting that the gym is getting some significant use with many of you seeking advice and guidance on how to keep fit and stay injury free.
