Vets and Vintage Tennis Club Champs
Dear [[firstname]],
Thank you for trying to get your matches played by the due date; we just have a couple overdue matches which have very kindly been communicated to me.
This has enabled me to launch nearly all of the Plate/Consolation draws. Where an opponent is not showing and not a bye it means I am just waiting for the result of a match in the main draw.
I have been able to schedule some finals for Saturday 19th but the remainder could be on 18th or 19th depending who makes it to the final. If you reach a semi-final and know you can’t make the final please keep it to yourself but concede if you get to match point.
Try and play matches outdoors if possible but indoors if the match is overdue and the weather inclement as all finals will be outdoors all being well.
Any problems just let me know and I look forward to seeing you all on court.
P.S. You may get the email more than once if you are in multiple events.
