Fitness Update

Dear [[firstname]],

It’s been great to see the momentum generated from our Kickstart week of healthy eating and lots of exercise continue into February. Our classes continue to be very well supported and our System Energize Personal Trainers as busy as ever.

We have ordered extra boxing pads for the classes and will have some boxing gloves/pads for you to purchase in the shop soon if you prefer your own set.

Many of you have asked if we could add an evening yoga class to the programme. I’m very pleased to say that Bex (Spiritual Warrior Yoga) who delivers yoga here every Monday at 11am can also now deliver a class each Tuesday evening from 8pm after Brendon’s class in the studio. The class will be free as part of your membership and we will trial it for 6 weeks initially commencing on 10th March.

Our very popular next Walk for Fun event will be on 10th May with an option to also do a more challenging walk the day before on 9th May, more details to follow. All our fitness classes are running as normal during half term except for the Monday morning yoga class with Bex.

Entries for this year’s Aberdovey Bike Ride will be closing soon, if you would like to join all our Team WLTSC riders then please get in touch, it’s an inspirational day with amazing support along the route and in Aberdovey on Friday 19th June https://aberdoveybikeride.co.uk/

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
