Safeguarding Support Visit - Wednesday 19th May @4:30pm
Dear LPDC Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for your patience during the last challenging year. Now we are back in the full swing of coaching and playing can I ask you to complete a very short survey about Safeguarding at the club?
We have a support visit from the LTA on Wednesday and if you’re at the club you may get asked a few questions about your child’s welfare whilst at the club.
We have changed the structure slightly in that Nikki Parkes is now our Welfare Officer, she is an experienced coach and works at our reception. If you have any Safeguarding issues that you feel myself or the coaches cannot resolve then please get in touch with Nikki on 01902 755265.
I’ve updated our Safeguarding board which is in the viewing area behind Indoor court 1 and I’ve also attached our Player, Parent, Coach Code of Practice. All our documents and policies can be viewed on our website http://www.wltsc.com/downloads/
