Welfare Update

Dear [[firstname]],

As the club’s Welfare Officer, I’m very conscious that this period of self-isolation might be a challenge for some who are used to a set routine. I know that for many the club is a place of immense support both physical and mental in addition to the friendships we all rely on for support through good times and bad.

With this in mind, we have created a WLTSC You Tube channel with the help of Simon Newall (Committee Member) where we will gradually add some useful video clips to keep you engaged with your club and its members. We are also “Live Streaming” on Facebook, some short exercise classes at a similar time to those we would normally be delivering at the club. If you are on Facebook and would like to join our group just search for Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis and Squash Club.

The next live stream is at 6pm tonight, it will be about 20 minutes long and all you need is some space and a pair of dumbells or some cans of beans, assuming you’ve been able to go safely to the shops.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis & Squash Club <wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis & Squash Club <wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
