Club Improvements Update
Dear [[firstname]],
Over the last couple of months, the Board and myself have been working through the Club Improvement Plan and we wanted to make you aware of some changes planned for August.
The first improvement will commence on 14th August and will be the replacement of our very worn blue indoor tennis court backdrops and the backdrops in front of the viewing areas; and also some work to raise and level the court divider netting. One court will be out of action for 2 to 3 days during the daytime and we will release courts for booking once the contractor commences the work.
The second improvement will be the refurbishment of the gents changing rooms (PowerPoint slides attached). We will have 3 day’s notice of the exact start date but it is expected to be around the 17th August for approximately 2 weeks.
The third improvement will be the conversion of the baggage room into an accessible unisex toilet with additional loft space to store our event boxes plus some space to hang coats and store a few bags. This work will commence at the end of August/beginning of September.
We appreciate there will be some disruption during this time, but we hope this will be kept to a minimum as the club is generally a lot quieter in August; we will do our very best to keep you updated along the way.
