And Finally - Room for Improvement

We are currently working on a few projects to smarten things up

1. Backdrop Curtains on the Indoor Courts

They've been in place for over 20 years and are torn and tatty. We have placed an order to replace them which will be done in August. At the same time we'll give the Indoor courts a deep clean.

2. Pavilion

We want to refresh the Pavilion so it can provide a comfortable refuge for members and visitors. We want to do this with a volunteer workforce. So if you would like to help please let us know.

3. The Eric Barker Shelter

We want to remember Eric, who was our oldest active member, and well recognised by his blue MGB GT. Eric regularly used the hitting wall (even through lockdown!) and we intend to remember him by erecting a shelter in his name between courts 9 and 10. Watch out for further details.

Hopefully the sun will begin to shine a bit more on your tennis enjoyment
