Wimbledon Whites Event
Dear [[firstname]],
Thank you all so much for entering our Wimbledon Whites event this Sunday. Now that the Wimbledon Men’s and Ladies finalist are confirmed I can announce the teams for this Sunday’s event.
Team Bartova Team Djokettini
Marc/Laura Jase/Aurelia
Sally/Lynette Gregg/Heather
Emma/Steve C Suzanne/Stephen
Ceri/Sav Ally/Neil
Karren/James Dianne/Matt
Nicky/Keith Paula/Anand
Team Djokettini is captained by Jason Mansell and Team Bartova is captained by Nicky Willis. Courts are available before 11:30am if you want a good warm-up before we start promptly at 11:30am on the artificial grass courts and the real grass, weather permitting. Wearing of predominantly white clothing is preferred but don’t worry if you can’t find any.
We will play three rounds of doubles and the team with the most games will be presented with the coveted inflatable trophy.
At 1pm we will move upstairs to have a light lunch including strawberries and cream and the bar will be open until 3pm if you want to stay and watch the Men’s Wimbledon Final. I’m aware of three dietary requirements (Gregg/Suzanne and Karren) but if there are any more please let me know soonest.
