You are receiving this email as you are an annual payer and are due to renew in Nov or Dec. You may have received an email from the club prior to lockdown on your renewal, however I wanted to ensure we were very clear on the process for this lockdown for your refund and your renewal.

As you are aware the government restrictions have included closing Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis & Squash club between 5th Nov to Dec 2nd . therefore, we have sent an email to all members on how they can have a refund for the month that we are closed, which you will have received. As you are due to renew, we wished you to be assured that you too can claim the refund and separately renew your membership, ensuring you also receive the 6 weeks rebate should you wish this, relating to the first lockdown.
