General Update
Dear [[firstname]],
The club is very much in the local news this week as we all do our best to grab this opportunity to promote our club. You may have noticed that we’ve been on BBC West Midlands Radio, Free Radio West Midlands and the Express and Star thanks to the wonderful achievements of Henry Searle. He plays the quarter finals shortly on court 3 at Wimbledon in the Wimbledon Boys Singles and is also in the Wimbledon Boys doubles quarters too. Thank you to all those that have supported him at Wimbledon and are following him at the club.
Bookings for our WLTSC Celebratory Ball are coming in, once you have names and meal choices please complete the online form sent in our 1st July email.
Mike and the Squash and Racketball Committee are pleased to announce 14 finals commence tomorrow at 6pm in the 2023 Masters S&R Champs. We hope you can come and support this great event; two courts will still be available for the weekly Squash Mix In, please book your place on MyCourts.
You may see some new faces around the club as we have been inducting lots of new members recently, thank you for making them all feel so welcome, a real strength of our club.
Just a reminder please to ensure you use MyCourts to book your session or court and to add your opponents name where applicable, anyone bringing visitors to the club must comply with the club byelaws, pay a visitors fee and not exceed the permitted number of visits per month/year.
If you’re at the club tonight the Men’s C Team are playing the Albert Tennis Club from 6:30pm, all support welcomed.
