Club Manager Update

Dear [[firstname]]

I hope this email finds you well.

We have a busy few weeks ahead with a number of projects and events planned around the club. To help you plan your visits, please see the updates below which may have an impact on your time at the club.

We appreciate your understanding while these works and events take place, and we’ll do our best to minimise any disruption. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Conservatory Upgrade
The conservatory on the terrace will be replaced with work starting on Monday 23rd February and expected to take one week to complete.

During this time:

  • There will be no access via the green staircase and this area will be out of use
  • The bar & restaurant will remain open as normal, but access will be via the main building only
  • Several bays will be blocked off for deliveries and work vehicles, so please plan your visit accordingly

We’re very excited to finally have the conservatory upgraded, as it has presented challenges for many years with leaks, temperature control and ongoing maintenance to keep it in use.

We appreciate your understanding while these works take place and we’ll do our best to minimise disruption. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Save the Date – Start of Season Tennis Celebration

Please keep Saturday 21st March free for our Start of the Season Tennis Celebration.

Further details regarding the event will be sent out early next week, but we wanted to make sure you save the date in your calendars.

We look forward to celebrating the start of the season with you!

Opportunity to Sponsor Defibrillator Cabinet

We are planning to relocate the defibrillator to an outdoor space from the indoor courts, ensuring it can be accessed in the event of an emergency without needing to enter the building.

As you may know, defibrillator cabinets are costly. We are currently seeking a sponsor for the cabinet and have sourced one priced around £500–£600.

If you would be interested in supporting this important initiative, your contribution would be greatly appreciated. Please email nikki.prosser@wktsc.com for further details.

Thanks as always

Nikki Prosser-Club Manager
