Dear [[firstname]],

Hope you are all well as we move into the winter season, with the darker nights and more enclosed spaces, we would encourage all members to continue with COVID safety protocols including lateral flow testing if you are feeling unwell.

Below is an update on a number of areas: my thanks go to the Reception, House & Grounds, Marketing and Bar & Catering teams they work tirelessly ,behind the scenes, that you may not always see within the member journey to maximise your benefits.

Bar & Restaurant

We are looking forward to our Xmas party on 11 Dec, tickets are available from the Reception, please see the poster below with details. We are currently trialling a new beer - San Miguel. Please comment on whether you prefer Kronenbourg or San Miguel to the Bar & Restaurant Manager, Gilly Dench.

House & Grounds

Some of you may have noticed that we have removed the marquees. Now that fitness classes have all gone inside, we have removed the marquees and are reseeding the ground to bring it back to its former glory.

We have also started works on the porch area. This is predominantly an update of the current area with new glazing, etc. The disabled access project is being managed by Graham Loader (Treasurer) and is being reviewed with the access from the rear of the club.

Reception

Clair Jones from Reception has created a presentation (attached) for members, to be able to access an online portal enabling members to ‘top up online’ and view their balances of the new membership cards.

Marketing

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis & Squash Club <wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis & Squash Club <wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
