It’s been an incredibly busy August with lots of new members and 314 of you booking a tennis court, 125 booking a squash/racketball court and 137 booking a fitness/spinning class. Please continue to book or to cancel if you can’t make the session.

A very warm welcome to Rhys Williams, Rhys joins our System Energize team of trainers and will be at the club for a few hours each week whilst he completes his Spinning and PT qualifications.

Nick Morris has received an excellent opportunity to lead the LTA’s Regional Performance Development Centre at Nottingham from this week. Nick has been at the club as man and boy and I know this has been a difficult decision for him. However it is a great opportunity for him to build upon the coaching skills he has developed in leading our Junior Performance programme here at the club. We wish him all the best and hope to celebrate his time here at our Celebration of Tennis Party on 1st October.

Our Junior Performance Tennis squads resume next week with myself, Jake, Oscar and Simon forming the new team; thank you to all those that have signed up or expressed an interest already.

This Friday is our US Open Tennis Club Night on the indoor courts from 6:30pm to 8pm with a burger in a bun to follow up in the bar; please book on MyCourts to secure your place.

Thank you to all of you that have supported our Cardio tennis sessions, now that the Saturday junior programme is back we will be moving Cardio to a Friday evening from 6:45pm to 7:30pm from 16th October.

Welcome back to Mike following his time promoting squash at the Commonwealth Games, we hope you can come and join him on the new squash and racketball sessions this Autumn, check MyCourts for availability.

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
