Gym & Fitness Update

Dear [[firstname]],

It’s been great to see new and familiar faces using the gym and attending the daily classes in a safe and considerate manner. Please help us to comply with track and traces procedures by ensuring you book your training slot on MyCourts so we don’t exceed our recommended levels across the two gyms.

You might have noticed we have added a new free yoga session in the Studio for members on a Saturday from 8:30am to 9:30am with Rebecca Jenks; as with all other fitness classes please book on MyCourts as places are limited and bring your own mat.

We are going to trial delivering the Friday and Sunday morning fitness classes in the Studio with a maximum of 10 people. Please ensure you enter and leave the Studio using the stairs adjacent to the back gym.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis & Squash Club <wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis & Squash Club <wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
