Chairman's Update on Re-opening of Outdoor Tennis Courts
Dear [[firstname]] ,
After much hard work, I am delighted to confirm that the outdoor tennis courts will be open to members who have pre-booked a court from 9.00 am tomorrow. Safety procedures have been put into place to protect members and staff and must be followed by everyone with no exceptions. These procedures may be amended as deemed necessary. A code of practice has been agreed and is attached to this email. Again, this must be adhered to. Failure to observe the safety procedures and follow the code of practice will not be tolerated.
I trust that you will take this opportunity to start playing again, whilst ensuring you and those around you are kept safe.
