AL Aesthetics Tennis & touchtennis Finals Schedule
Dear [[firstname]],
On behalf of the Tennis Committee I’m very pleased to be able to tell you that we have some superb matches scheduled for you this evening and tomorrow afternoon. As you can imagine, there have been many scheduling challenges but attached you will see the planned order of play.
If you would like to join our umpiring team tomorrow, then please let Steve Chilvers know. The bar will be open this evening and all day on Saturday with a BBQ available from lunchtime. Presentations will be outdoors after the final match.
We have plenty of books still available to purchase following our immensely successful day of fundraising. I’ll send a summary of the day next week with what I hope will be a grand total exceeding our expectations.
We cross our fingers for traditional good weather on our finals days and a gentle reminder please that Covid 19 is still with us so please keep socially distanced and respect the rule of 6 at all times.
