Exciting Updates to Our Bar & Restaurant

We are pleased to share some exciting updates to our bar and restaurant.

We would like to welcome our new chef, Sylwester, who will be working alongside our current team to bring fresh ideas and new dishes to the club. Sylwester brings over 20 years of experience as a chef and has spent many years at Hamiltons Restaurant, located in the Park View Hotel. We are very much looking forward to the experience and creativity he will bring to the kitchen and are confident members will enjoy the new ideas and dishes that will be introduced.

Please take a moment to read about some of the changes that will be coming into place:

1. New À La Carte Menu
We will be introducing a new à la carte menu, served on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings from 6:00pm–9:30pm. While booking is not essential, it is recommended.

The back restaurant is currently having a small facelift and this menu will mainly be served in that area, unless you specifically request the conservatory. The menu will offer a lovely fine-dining element, with dishes freshly prepared by our chef Sylwester.

Our first evening of service will be Thursday 19th March. If you would like to make a reservation, please speak to a member of the bar and restaurant team.

2. Updated Bar & Restaurant Menu
Our daytime bar and restaurant menu has also been refreshed with some new ideas and a fresh spin on some favourites. This menu will be served in the main bar area, front restaurant, conservatory, and terrace (during the warmer months).

You will also be pleased to hear that we now have a small selection of homemade desserts available during the day.

3. Member Work Space
We encourage members to come and enjoy a coffee and breakfast while working at the club. However, we have recently noticed that many tables are occupied for long periods, which sometimes means we have to turn away members wishing to eat and drink.

To help with this, we kindly ask that if you are planning to work from the club for a longer period, you use the back restaurant during the daytime service, which we will designate as our member workspace. This will allow us to continue providing good service while ensuring tables remain available for those dining.

4. Opening Hours
Our bar and restaurant will be open for drinks:

Monday–Friday: 9:00am–2:00pm and 5:00pm–11:00pm

Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am–2:00pm

Food service will be available:

Monday–Friday: 9:00am–2:00pm and 6:00pm–9:30pm

We are very excited about these developments and look forward to welcoming you to enjoy the new menus and refreshed dining experience at the club.
