Gym & Fitness Update

Dear [[firstname]],

If you took part, thanks for making last month’s Walk for Fun so memorable with 68 attending; the next social walk is planned for early autumn.

The Gym & Fitness Committee are making some tweaks to the timetable:

-Tuesday morning spin at 0630, is now half spin and half body strength and is suitable for beginners and fanatics.

- There will be an extra class on Friday mornings with Anita (Time to be decided), one of our external instructors so there is a members cost of £9 per session payable to Anita, here are some words from Anita “I will be guiding you through various classes covering, detoxing, strength building, gentle stretching with mindfulness, exploring the emotional and energetic bodies, and practicing movement synchronised with breath work. I look forward to welcoming you and seeing you on the mat.”

If you are looking to get back in the gym after a break or perhaps starting anew; Adam guest is offering introduction sessions for £10 in the month of June; please contact him directl on 07592 639576.

We are always keen to get more members, please share the poster below with your friends and colleagues especially if they are looking for a new gym and classes.

A gentle reminder to always clean equipment you have used in the gym and return weights etc to the storage racks and always be respectful and considerate when training.

Lastly, cycling training is well underway for this Sunday’s “Round the Wrekin” event followed by June’s Aberdovey Bike Ride and culminating in Brendon’s Lord Bilston Challenge https://www.facebook.com/LordBilston

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "wltsc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
