Club Update – Work Completed and Plans for Next Week

Dear [[firstname]]

I hope this email finds you well.

I wanted to take this opportunity to keep you updated on the work that has taken place at the club so far, as well as what you can expect over the coming week.

Where work may affect access to certain areas of the club, we will do our best to keep disruption to a minimum and provide updates as necessary.

Important Notice – Indoor Court Lighting Replacement

Please be aware that our indoor courts will be closed from Wednesday 28th October to Friday 30th October while we carry out the replacement of all indoor court lighting.

We apologise for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding while these improvements are completed.

Further updates will be provided if there are any changes to the planned schedule.

Work Completed This Week

It’s been a busy week at the club, with several projects and maintenance works taking place to improve our facilities and ensure everything is working as it should.

I wanted to take this opportunity to share an update on what has been completed this week.

Court 9 – Outdoor Lighting

All court lights are due to be installed and tested by the end of today, ready for play to commence tomorrow, Saturday 24th October.

We have also taken this opportunity to check all the floodlights across the courts and carry out the necessary repairs to ensure everything is working as it should.

Floodlight Token Box – Repair Completed

The floodlight token box has also had a replacement part fitted following intermittent issues with the token mechanism.

We’re pleased to confirm that the faulty part has now been replaced to improve reliability and ensure members can continue to access the floodlights as expected.

Indoor Court Toilets – Improvements Completed

We’re pleased to advise that the indoor court toilets have undergone some modifications to make them more user-friendly and improve the facilities for our members. This work has now been completed, and the toilets will be fully operational and available for use over the weekend.

We remain committed to continually improving the club and investing in our facilities for the benefit of all our members. Your continued support and feedback are greatly appreciated as we work towards these improvements.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to seeing you around the club.

Thanks as always
Nikki Prosser-Club Manager
