Wimbledon Whites
Dear [[firstname]],
Today should have been the first day of Wimbledon, a key date in any tennis players calendar. The Men’s Finals Day would have been Sunday 12th July at 2pm where we traditionally meet in the restaurant to celebrate another British victory!
Instead of this we are planning to have our own Wimbledon Whites doubles event. It starts at 2pm on Sunday 12th July and will finish around 4:30pm. There is space for 32 players (16 pairs) and you are encouraged to wear white tennis clothing.
Entry is open for Male, Female and Junior Players over 14. Please enter individually on MyCourts in the Tournaments tab. This is a Doubles tournament and your partner will be decided by the tournament organiser to ensure pairs are matched evenly. There will be a maximum of 16 pairs and a minimum of two FAST4 one-hour matches are guaranteed. It is suitable for all abilities.
We have set an entry fee Of £2 to cover the cost of balls
And hopefully the sun will shine!
