Marc Hughes
Dear [[firstname]]
I’m writing to let you know that Marc Hughes, our General Manager, has decided that he wants to step down from his current role at the Club.
Consequently, we are now in the process of looking to recruit a new Club Manager.
Marc has been at WLTSC for 13 years and has become an integral part of our community so it’s important that we manage a smooth transfer of responsibilities.
Marc will not be leaving the Club. In fact, we have agreed that he will take on the role of Club Ambassador continuing to promote all things good about WLTSC.
On a voluntary basis, working with Committee Chairs, he will also continue to coordinate and develop our SEND programme and also act as our interface with the RAF tennis and squash squads.
Importantly for Marc, his decision will allow him more time to play more sport, and he will make himself available for one-to-one coaching and also contributing to our coaching programme.
Whilst Marc will continue to be an important member of our Club this is an opportunity to thank him for his tremendous contribution to the development of WLTSC over the years.
I’m sure that you will all join with me in wishing him an active future where he can dedicate time to family and his personal objectives.
