Padel Tennis Update

Dear [[firstname]],

January can be a challenging time of year for many people; it can be hard to motivate yourself to get out of the house and boost those endorphins. We see many players on the Padel courts even if the weather is a little damp and cold, the benefits are immense.

If you need a little mental and physical boost over the weekend, we have a Padel Social at midday with match guidance and top tips throughout and the bar and restaurant is open for a bit of post-match discussion. If you have children then why not book onto our Padel family social on Sunday at 10:45am, children are free.

In 2026 our aim is to now encourage more players to compete and gain an official national Padel rating from 1 (Beginner) to 7 (Pro). To do this as seamlessly as possible we are encouraging all players to register for free with Padel Levels.

Click on the link to start that process https://app.padellevels.io/join?referrer=UwWJ2mAFUswKlPqMOtEbHQ

You can add each match you play so long as all players are registered with Padel Levels.

This week's top tip - notice the power of your shots and whether they produce a winning shot or a mistake, adjust your power to get the optimum results.

Kind regards
