, The bar and restaurant is open each weekday until 2pm and from 5pm each evening. We are now open every Saturday from 10am to 2pm and every Friday is an ideal time to enjoy our fish deal for two. We are also offering a Saturday meal deal for the younger ones amongst you so you don’t need to walk to the co-op or the chippy anymore. Thank you to all of you that were able to support our Wear it Pink Day, we raised over £130. Squash & Racketball West of England Squash Masters – Entries close on 21st November England Squash are running the West of England Masters Regional event at the club from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th Nov. Members are welcome to enter and will receive a £5 reduction on entrance fees. You need to login on the ES Masters website for the entry or click on the following link to enter: Well done to the Staffordshire Ladies Inter Cty Squash team led by Gayle Kerrison. They came second at the weekend and included many players form the club. Tennis Well done to the Men’s team who beat Gloucester on Saturday at the National Indoor League match, that’s two wins out of two so far. Another fantastic result for our u8's who won a very tight Team Tennis Challenge match against Tipton Sports Academy. The team played a combination of singles and doubles winning 25-23 well done to all the players. Look out for the return leg at our place!! Fitness Foggy and his team are actively encouraging (bullying) members to join the team to participate in next year’s Tough Guy event at Perton on 1st February. Get your excuses ready before they approach you. Social For all of you that have managed to get onto our oversubscribed Club Christmas Party please can you pay any outstanding payments to reception before the end of this month? A wine tasting evening is planned for 21st November where we hope to get some good feedback to enable us to refresh our wine selection, Prosecco in small and large bottles and a New World real ale is already on offer. Dave Parsons will also be selling some African Carvings throughout the evening. Lastly, Well done to Brendon Turner and his many colleagues and club members in raising an amazing £12,224 for Compton Hospice, quite an achievement and a great example of what teamwork and a worthwhile cause can achieve.
