Friday mornings at the club are Cardio Tennis mornings, we have two sessions every week. Session 1 - 6:45am - 7:30am, Session 2 - 8am - 9am.
Cardio Tennis is a series of tennis-based drills and activities played to up-tempo music on a tennis court. Cardio does not require tennis skills, but will improve your game whilst keeping your heart rate up. Whether the ball goes in or out is irrelevant as the main purpose is to get fit.
