I'd like to let you know about a new initiative I'm launching called walking racketball.
Walking racketball is something new that has been developed at the club with the help of the club's physio Patrick and the Operations Manager Marc.
It is ideal for those of you who may be suffer from joint complaints or those returning to sport after physical or neurological injury. It is also suitable for beginners as an introduction to the sport of racketball.
I offer a free introductory session which can be tailored to your needs. It doesn't matter whether you're a beginner or a more experienced player.
Maybe you've only ever played tennis. Did you know that racketball is the perfect cross-over sport?
Maybe you enjoy spending time in the gym but sometimes find it difficult to keep motivated?
Maybe you need a new challenge, something you can enjoy at your own pace whilst also keeping your mind active?
Walking racketball is great for cardio fitness. It will keep your mind and body alert and, not only that, it's great fun.
